Wheat originated in West Asia and was introduced to China 。over 5000 years ago along the prehistoric Silk Road.2100 years ago, with Zhang Qian's exploration of the Western Regions,the Silk Road also became the "road of food and beverage transmission".The fusion of Eastern and Western culinary cultures has allowed wheat to appear on people's dining tables,in over 2000 types of forms.Various food and snacks made of wheat flour are irresistible and they are the guarantee of our well-fed modern life.

羊肉泡馍的历史可以追溯到距今3000年前的西周，当时有一种称为“羊羹”的食物。丝绸之路开通后，西域的旅人们将小麦做的面饼掰碎，就着“羊羹”一起煮，发现味道很好。中西方两种不同饮食文化的融合，演变成千年后的的这碗羊肉泡馍，一碗掰好的馍，加上熬煮的羊肉快速倒入羊肉汤中，让馍块均匀受热，最后连同汤汁，一起舀入碗中就是一碗鲜香味美的羊肉泡馍了。

They found that the taste was very good.The integration of Chinese and Western food cultures evolved into this bowl of Pita Bread Soaked in Lamb Soup thousands of years later.A bowl of pita bread pieces and stewed mutton are poured into the lamp soup quickly to make each piece of the pita bread evenly heated. Finally, together with the soup,they are scooped into the bowl.A bowl of delicious Pita bread soaked in Lamb Soup is ready.

小麦从西亚穿越，无垠的沙漠和壮丽的山川，在古老的神禾塬上落地生根。在镐京遗址出土的，距今2800年前的小麦碳化颗粒，说明至少在西周中期小麦已经开始规模化种植。

Crossing vast deserts and magnificent mountains and rivers wheat came to China from West Asia,and took root on the ancient Shenhe Plateau.

The discovery of carbonized wheat granules dating back 2800 years at the Haojing site indicates that large-scale wheat cultivation began in as early as the middle of the Western Zhou Dynasty.
